Burger King in Himmelkron

Something wrong every time !! Double woppers ordered. Paid. Get a little wopper .. Etc. Anything does not fit.

As always, food is great and the temperature is perfect, unfortunately you have to wait far too long at the moment if you want to come in. There could certainly be some improvements in the process. I would be very happy about it.

I absolutely cannot recommend this Burger King. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, not a single order was placed. Especially since the lady at the cash register was extremely unfriendly. Unfortunately, the service at Burger King is decreasing.

Takes forever to get it, I prefer to go to MC Donalds! So disappointed with the shop!

You are treated very rude and dirty! When you told the lady that she would like to wait a moment because the app hangs you get complained. I asked her about it, she said that her drive time was running out. We ordered for our construction site for 48 euros and won't come back, you don't have to be yelled at. The burgers were very badly occupied as you can see in the photo. Very bad service for the money!

As always, burgers were delicious. The guy at the cash register didn't go at all. I have never seen anything like that unfriendly. Man had the feeling that he was in the Russian military. Doesn't work at all.

Once again forgot to pack the entire order in the bag.

Partly absolutely unfriendly staff. Orders at the drive-in desk are not taken and you don't get an answer whether the staff understood you or something else. Orders were completely misunderstood & incorrectly issued. After a waiting time of 20 minutes I got my food & it was cold, mushy and also the wrong one. Total cheek. After complaining in the shop & asking for your money back, you get “snapped at”. I have often heard that people have complained & they were threatened with being banned from the house. Absolute no-go. In German, a real juice shop👍🏼 Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars.

For 100 € ham ordered the valbe order always forget to check !!

On Friday at 1:30 p.m. only one cash register opens. Fast food is different. Waiting time 15 min. In the toilets there was no paper to cut off hands, although an extra € 0.50 is collected via the turnstile.

After waiting for more than 10 minutes, you won't even be noticed. Nobody comes to take an order. Only the cars are served. Thank you for nothing ....

Quite OK, everything was freshly made. French fries crispy, straight from the deep fryer. The burgers were only made when ordered. One of the few advantages of Corona ...

You can't recommend it. Fast is a foreign word here. 5 people in the shop and everyone raises their hands oh my god customers. Rarely experienced such incompetent staff.

Although I eat very little fast food and go to BurgerKing even less often, I was really surprised here. Sometimes hot food and great advice on the offer. Very friendly staff (older man and young girl) and extremely polite. My thanks for that and this should also be honored. 09/21/2020 - 5:30 p.m.

BK how to know and love it. 😋 Everything so far clean and tidy. Right on the motorway to take a short break and then continue driving.

Incredibly bad. Waited 15 minutes after ordering with only 2 customers in the entire branch. Unfriendly, snappy, customer service representative bored. Not even paying by card worked. The citizen was ok, but then cold when I finally paid successfully. Never again!

The worst burger king i have ever had in my life, such an unfriendly service. We didn't even manage to order our food, they chased us outside. We ordered something completely different from what we received. We wanted to say that this is completely different but they closed all the lights and the cash register and said Hau Ab.

Staff has no idea. Doesn't know about the offers. German language not really powerful. Forgets half. Emotion zero. Restaurant and toilets very clean. Not a lot going on at lunchtime.

Classic BK highway stop. The burgers were ok, but not super-fresh off the grill - seemed like they were 5-10 mins old.

Good food...lovely space

Was not ready for lunch rush, other times maybe.

Clean place and friendly staff, the Rebel Whopper is not bad.

Burger King, the must-stop on the way berlin-munich for flixbus. They used to serve good coffee, but i was always confused about 2 lines (one for burgers and the other for coffee and cake)

The stop over we had was with Flixbus I went in the bathroom for free and watched the service of the burger King - they did very well and everyone was satisfied. For myself I don't like this food that is why I give 3 stars and I don't spend my money on this. But service the crew and surrounding was fast and it seems to be clean and we'll organized.

The price is not good, and I don't like so much.
